Delivery is charged at cost per order for all the UK Mainland orders. We cannot Ship abroad at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. If an item is out of stock we will contact the customer and inform them of when the item will be delivered. Saturday delivery is available at extra cost. If you require this please contact us.
We can only send goods to the cardholders address. We require a signature on delivery so please make sure there will be someone available to receive the goods. If there is a problem we can arrange the goods to be delivered to you when it is convenient for you.

Orders taken up to the 20th December will be delivered in time for Christmas.
If you wish to return goods to us, Please email or phone us letting us know the problem, and then return the goods with a covering note. When you return your goods, all we ask is that they are returned unused and in un-damaged original packaging. Please ensure that any returned goods are well packaged, as any damaged goods cannot be refunded.
All customers wishing to return any goods to us will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel. Any goods returned to us which have been used will only be refunded or exchanged if they have a manufacturing defect. We cannot refund or exchange any unwanted items if they have been used.
Please allow 2 to 3 working days for your goods to be returned to us. As soon as we receive the goods we will act as quickly as possible to process your request. We will let you know if any problems occur with your request.
If you order over the phone, by post you have the legal right to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01553 679090 with your order details and we will cancel your order with immediate affect. A full refund will be given for all cancelled orders that have yet to be delivered. If you have received your goods and wish to return them, please follow our returns policy.
How much is Delivery?
We only charge cost to us for Delivery to UK mainland. Saturday delivery is available however there is an additional charge. Please contact us for further details.
Can you ship to another country?
Unfortunately we cannot offer this service at the current time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cheques (made payable to Surf 55), postal orders and most credit/debit cards, we can also accept Paypal. Please note if you pay by cheque we will wait for the cheque to clear before we dispatch the goods.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
You should receive your order within 3 working days. If we are out of stock at the time we will contact you with a delivery date.
What happens if you are out of stock of what I order?
We do our best to keep everything in stock, however if we are out of stock of the item you order we will contact you and let you know when you should expect your goods.
What is your returns policy?
We offer a full refund or exchange policy if you are not entirely happy with your goods.
Are your products covered by warranty?
All of your products come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects only.
What happens if I get the wrong size or product?
No problem just let us know and return the product to us and we will exchange it for the correct product.!
